Parties are supposed to be fun, safe and exciting for everyone. With that comes a since of respect for all animals. DreamPonies have terms and conditions for the safety of the animals as well as the children and parents/guardians. Please read the following so that you and your children are aware of our policies. |

Terms and Conditions for DreamPonies
This is to insure you a date and time.
We want all DreamPonies guests to have a wonderful time, but these conditions
are in place for the safety of everyone.
We suggest to anyone who is planning a party or event and you have access to the parentsplease give them a copy of the policy for advance notice. Click on the "Terms and Conditions
for DreamPonies" above to print or e-mail to your guests so that they can review and sign
before they come. This is just a little faster for everyone and more time for the kids to play.
 | All animals will be treated with respect. No teasing or hitting will be permitted or | |
| tolerated. |
| Adults who sign this agreement understand that they are assuming responsibility for the minors | |
| entrusted into their case for the duration of the scheduled pony ride and/or critter corral event. |
| Please, no feeding of the ponies or critter corral unless authorized by a DreamPonies staff only. |
| No smoking will be permitted or tolerated on the premises. |
| Intoxicated individuals will not be allowed on the pony rides or in the critter corral. |
| Children must be supervised at all times. |
| No pets will be permitted on the premises while pony rides and/or critter corral is at the | |
| scheduled event. |
| Proper riding attire will be required to ensure the safety of children as well as all adult | |
| participants of DreamPonies pony riders. All guests will be required to wear closed toed shoes. |
| Helmets will be required to be worn by all riders at all times regardless of age. Helmets will be | |
| provided or riders may provide their own helmets/headgear provided it complies with the SEI Certified ASTM Standard F 1163 Equestrian Riding Helmets/Protective headgear standards. |
| There will be size requirements and restrictions. |
| Riders and/or Critter Corral visitors will not be allowed to carry anything into the riding ring and/or | |
| critter corral. Please keep all personal items, i.e. bags, purses, keys, etc. outside of the area. |
| Only one rider per pony. |
| You will be asked to provide an emergency contact as well as an immediate medical contact for | |
| each child in the event of an emergency. |
| Parents and/or guardians or childcare providers may NOT act as pony handlers. Only staff | |
| members of the DreamPonies who are qualified to handle the ponies may act as handlers. Parents or guardians or childcare providers may act as a "spotter" only for the child riding the pony. |
| Running behind ponies will not be tolerated. |
| All guests of DreamPonies MUST listen to DreamPonies staff at all times. |
| If at any time, these conditions are not met or broken, it will result in a early termination of | |
| scheduled event and the deposit will not be refunded. |
| DreamPonies will travel anywhere with 25 miles of Glastonbury, CT. If your party or event is | |
| outside of the 25 mile radius then give Jessica Malone a call to discuss your party package. |
| You must schedule 2 weeks in advance and we require a $25.00 non-refundable deposit. |
